The croquant de lune are favorites in our family. Our 7 year old daughter has them for snack each day at school, its one of the few ways we can get her to eat vegetables and they are baked not fried so really healthy. And we often bring them to our friends’ houses with a bottle of red and nice cheese when we are invited for dinner. They are always a big hit
